Welcome to WellSpring!

Fun news! As of this month, I’ve joined the team at WellSpring Coaching in Franklin, TN. The coaches at WellSpring, Jeff and Lora Helton, have spent the last decade walking with individuals and couples as they strive to live life well. Along with Sarah Helton, Life Coach for Young Women, I’ll help to expand WellSpring’s influence to include high school and young adult populations in the Nashville area and beyond.

What does this mean for you? Not much! WellSpring gives me the opportunity to reach a broader audience while I look to grow my practice, but I’ll continue to operate under Coffey Coaching. You can still book sessions with me using my Calendly link here.
